Where we ship from

All orders are dispatched from our base in Co. Laois, Ireland. Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays).

Delivery rates

All orders are sent with An Post. The delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order and includes VAT. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

A tester can be sent together with up to three accessories (spare remote, adaptors, fuse) for the same price. Larger orders are charged at An Post parcel rates for the combined weight.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been placed. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@voltera.ie.

Checking your delivery

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging or any item is damaged, or something is missing, email info@voltera.ie as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will put it right.

UK orders: import charges

Orders shipped to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and courier clearance fees on arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or delivery cost and are the responsibility of the purchaser. The courier may contact you to collect them before delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland are not normally subject to import charges.
